Description
Deep golden-yellow color in the glass. Rich, warm and inviting aroma of ripe fruits and honey. Strong sensation of minerality on the palate. Harmonious taste, balanced silky tannins.
The Pinot Grigio grape variety has been cultivated in Trentino for a number of decades. The hill-foot and valley floor vineyards situated in Lavis and Gardolo lie on silty-sandy soils that originate from the deposits of the river Avisio and from the alluvial sediments of the river Adige, providing the ideal substratum for the cultivation of this variety.
Manual harvesting in mid September; soft pressing; static decantation of the must; fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks; ageing on the lees for about 5/6 months; bottling.
