Our Returns Policy

We understand that every now and again you could come across a faulty bottle, or you haven’t enjoyed your first taste. As every customer is different, we manage returns on a case-by-case basis and are always happy to discuss exchange or return of a product that hasn't met your standards. Please note that in some cases a collection fee may be charged to cover the handling and safe delivery of your return back to the warehouse.



Please contact Black Market at [email protected] as soon as possible after receipt if you believe you have received a faulty product from Black Market, describing the issue with your product and including details of your order. Black Market’s privacy policy applies to any personal information you provide as part of the returns process and your personal information will only be used for this purpose.

Please ensure that any item you wish to return to Black Market remains as close as possible to in its original packaging/labelling. Please keep your email confirmation of your order as proof of purchase.

Black Market does not accept returns outside of New Zealand.
