How do I become a member?

Becoming a member is super simple - you just need to create a login using your current email address and you’re in! It costs nothing to become a member, and there is no minimum case order or spending requirement - browse and buy at your leisure.


How do I become a Trade member?

Buying for your business, clients, a wedding or other event? We can provide a personal account manager to assist you with your purchasing, as well as wholesale pricing and information about exclusive wines not available on our standard site. What is a Mystery Wine?

Our Mystery Wines are simply wines we love, with the branding hidden and revealed only when it arrives at your door. This means that we can charge the lowest possible rate, without issues from competitors (they hate when we’re offering the best price!), as well as providing a unique and exciting purchase experience for our members.


Can I track my wine?

We work with a wide range of distributors who deliver their wines to you using individual courier companies, which can make it difficult for us to give you one tracking number for a purchase of wines from multiple areas of the country. If your wine hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, however, drop us an email with your order number, or message us on Facebook and we’ll respond with all the details you need.


Why have I only received one of the wines I ordered?

Because our wines come from wineries and suppliers across the country, one case of wine may arrive before the other. However, they shouldn’t be too far apart.


Why has my credit/debit card been charged to multiple accounts?

Black Market operates using a system where wines from separate wineries and suppliers can be purchased simultaneously through one Black Market purchase. The total amount charged by Black Market is determined by a combined payment to the wineries you order from, which is then split and charged individually by the corresponding winery/supplier. The total you pay does not change, however.


Can I return my wine?

We understand that every now and again you could come across a faulty bottle, or you haven’t enjoyed your first taste. Send us an email and we’ll be happy to discuss our return policy with you.
