"Bright, light, peach-pink colour, paler on the rim. The nose is soft and delicate with aromas of strawberries and quince along with gentle red florals and nuances of mouthwatering herbs. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has an elegant core of finely bound flavours of strawberries and quince fruit along with red florals and thirst-quenching herbal and mineral elements. The flavours are light, but positive, and flow with good energy along a light-textured line with fresh acidity. The flavours carry to a subtle floral and strawberry nuanced finish. Serve as an aperitif, with canapés and antipasto over the next 2 years. The nose is softly full and voluminous with fresh aromas of pungent passionfruit and tropical fruit harmoniously intergrated with notes of fresh herbs and snow peas. This has a near ethereal expression. Dry taste and medium-bodied, the palate is fresh and bright with good depth and soft concerntration, showing entle layers of passionfruit, topical fruits and herbs. The mouthfeel is rounded with a soft, smooth, near-slippery line and background, refreshing, lacy acidity. The flavours carry to an elegant, soft finish.
