1 x Dona Paula Los Cardos Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

A deep ruby red in the glass, with an expressive and spicy nose showcasing aromas of black pepper, graphite and cassis. Long and elegant finish on the palate with highlights of black fruits and gentle tannins.

El Alto Vineyard is located in Ugarteche, in the southern part of Lujan de Cuyo, at 1050 metres above sea level. The climate typicaly presents warm days and cool nights. The grapes are harvested between late March and early April before being destemmed and softly crushed. They then go through cold pre-fermentative maceration takes place to preserve the primary aromas.

1 x Dona Paula Los Cardos Malbec 2016

A deep violet red in the glass. Intense, spicy sweet aromas with notes of red fruits complimented by floral hints of violet. A soft, velvety, fresh and well-balanced palate.

1 x Dona Paula Estate Malbec 2016

Showcasing an intense violet colour with aromas of black fruit violet and spices complimented by subtle notes of mineral amd graphite. Great balance and freshness on the palate with good concentration and structure characterised by soft tannins and a persistent finish.

The grapes are hand-picked from Dona Paula's best vineyards in Los Indios, Altamira, which sits at an elevation of 1100 metres and Alluvia, Gualtallary, slightly higher at 1350 metres above sea level. Dona Paula Estate Malbec displays unique characteristics of the Uco Valley, a terroir known for its cool climate which produces delicate fruit that is fermented at low temperatures before being aged for 12 months in second and third-use French oak barrels.

This Carmenère is a smooth wine with a deep, dark purple—almost black colour. The nose is rich and ripe, with plenty of red fruits, cranberry, grilled red pepper, sweet spices and paprika. The wine has excellent structure, depth and concentration. The concentrated almost sweet, velvety tannins seduce the mouth gently giving a warm personality. Showcasing good volume, character and a long aftertaste.

Carmen Premier 1850 is a contemporary brand that pays tribute to Viña Carmen, Chile’s first winery. Experience and knowledge are reflected in modern wines characterized by their purity and the intensity of their fruit. This wine reflects this with careful selection of grapes that were hand harvested from vineyards located in the dry east face of the Colchagua Coastal ranges. In the winery 60% of the wine was aged in French oak for a period of 8-10 months.

A deep dark ruby red in colour, this wine has great concentration and personality. The nose is lush with blackcurrants, pencil lead, cherries and a soft hint of cedar. This Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant and penetrating, with fine-grained tannins that are firm yet silky in texture, leading to balance and finesse in the finish.

This Merlot has a deep inky purple colour. The wine has an appealing nose of blackberry, confectionery, kalamata olives and white pepper. The wine is well integrated between with fine-grained tannins and ripe clean fruit. This wine shows elegance and balance providing a soft bouquet with vivid flavours.
