Misty Cove’s Landmark Chardonnay & Pinot Noir are deeply influenced by old world winemaking techniques. Lovingly handcrafted in small batch quantities, winemakers crafted this wine to reflect the “Landmark” the attributes and characteristics of the Fareham Lane vineyard from which it originated.

Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed directly to 30% new French barriques, with the remaining juice pressed directly to 1 & 2-year-old French barriques, then fermented with indigenous yeasts.

The individual batches that make up this wine were treated traditionally, allowing the natural fruit concentration and ripe tannin structure to shine. After 10 months of maturation in 100% French oak barriques: 35% new, 30% 1-year-old with the balance 2-year-old. Only selected barrels were chosen for this gorgeously divine and complex blend.
