Description

A Sauvignon Blanc not from Marlborough, but sunny Gisborne. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tank, cool fermented and minimal time on yeast lees, to ensure a clean fresh style.  The wine has slight blackcurrant, passionate fruit flavours with hints of feijoa and lime. Lovely balanced crisp acidity with a nice natural sweet refreshing finish. the original plants that came to New Zealand in the 1980’s. Our vines are planted on their own roots and certified organic.
