"Even ruby-red colour, a little lighter on the rim. The nose is full and voluminous with ripe, up-front dark-red cherry and berry fruit aromas entwined with subtle notes of savoury herbs unfolding plum and raspberry liqueur notes with whole cluster stalk complexities. Medium-full bodied, the palate has bright and lively fruit flavours of dark-red cherries and berries entwined with notes of dark herbs and savoury whole bunch stalk nuances. The fruit is supported by supple, fine-grained tannin extraction with powdery textures, and the palate is enlivened by fresh, lacy acidity.
