Complex aroma of hazelnuts, buttered toast, apricot, citrus and mealy notes. The palate has a smooth, silky, creamy texture with layers of flavours. It is refined and elegant with fine acidity and good length. A great match with lobster, scallops, pumpkin and cheddar cheese.
