A dry wine with stone fruit and tropical flavours. A partial malolactic ferment gives a creamy texture and barrel fermentation imparts subtle oak character.
Fermented in 40% old oak barrels, 60% stainless steel. Full malo and weekly lees stirring in oak component. 7 months in oak. Brix 23, pH 3.34, TA 6.6g/L
