BY.OTT blends are sourced from Château de Selle and Clos Mireille, as well as two additional trusted growers. The wine is then made under the strict supervision of cousins Jean-Francois Ott and Christian Ott, the fourth generation of winemakers. All the wine-making processes are fully controlled - from blending to storage - to ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained.
