"Stylish champagne in a truly dry style. Moderately intense flavours that suggest toasted nut, citrus and mineral. Quite a. Sophisticated and complex style with impressive power" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, Real review, Jun 2016

"Gorgeously composed and expressed, the inviting bouquet shows nectarine, crunchy apple, nougat and brioche characters, leading to a concentrated palate that is brilliantly focused and elegantly textured. It is refined and persistent with terrific structure, finishing impressively long and mouth-watering" Wine Orbit Oct 2019

"Bright, light golden-hued straw-yellow, paler on edge.  The bead is persistent and moderately fine.  This has a very elegant, tightly concentrated nose with intense and penetrating aromas of white and yellow stonefruits entwined with delicate nutty and oxidative complexities and fine, bready-yeasty autolysis.  Some waxy detail unfolds to add interest.  Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate features tightly concentrated and intense flavours of yellow stonefruits along with apples and nuts, and refined yeasty autolysis.  The flavours form a fine, deep heart and the wine flows with good tension and poise along a fine-textured phenolic line.  The effervescence and acidity lend liveliness and vitality to the mouthfeel, and the wine leads to a light, but complex-nuanced finish.  This is a concentrated and intense Champagne with complexing nutty detail and a fine core and line.  Serve as an aperitif and with seafood over the next 3 years" Raymond Chan, June 2016

A blend of 50% each Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from 3 vintages. A pure jewel! This extra-brut is eye-opening for champagne lovers. Produced from old vines of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and cellared 4 years.  The "Extra Brut" absence of residual sugar is compensated by the rich fullness of the pinot noir, which is 50% of this premier cru "assemblage." The wine is perfectly balanced.
