  • Ripe citrus
  • Floral notes
  • Lively acidity

"Attractive chocolate box aroma suggesting a Pinot Noir dominant blend. Rich and moderately weighty wine with a hint of sweetness that does it no harm by balancing lively acidity. Appealing wine at a attractive price " Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, Real Review, Jun 2016

"Soothing and comforting, this is immediately satisfying. Fragrant aromas of ripe citrus, nectarine, yeast and floral lead to a generous yet finely textured palate that shows delectable flavours and excellent acidity, which provides superb structure and length. Silky and creamy on the finish" Sam Kim Wine Orbit, Jun 2016

"Bright straw-yellow colour with pale golden hues, lighter on the rim, the bubbles fine and persistent.  The bouquet is full, openly accessible and fruity with aromas of yellow stonefruits and apple notes with light, integrated yeasty autolysis.  Some aldehyde and nutty detail unfolds with aeration.  Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the flavours of white and yellow stonefruits are light and entwined apple notes, and show without complication.  The wine has a fine-textured core and reveals light yeast and nutty notes.  Soft effervescence and mouthwatering acidity carry the wine to a tight, dry, lingering finish.  This is an up-front, fruity Champagne with apple notes and light yeasty autolysis.  Serve as an aperitif and with canapes over the next 2 years" Raymond Chan, Jun 2016

A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir.  A beautiful refreshing champagne with ample active bubbles.  Effervescence in the mouth with balanced and long lasting flavour. This champagne is perfect for that special function or event in your life that requires an extra touch of elegance.

I ordered a second case - that's how good I think this is. And that's the taste, the bottle's pretty smart too!
