Sourced from our original Home Block, Rapaura Road and Spring Creek vineyards, these grapes were harvested in the cool hours of the morning. After cold soak for 4 days in open fermenters the wine was then transferred to French barriques for 10 months. This delicious Marlborough Pinot Noir is showing lifted aromas of ripe cherries and spice, the palate is soft and generous with delicate primary fruit characters of wild berries shadowed by subtle toasty oak.
