This wine displays immediate uplifted cherry notes with spice on the nose which follow through to the palate to meet inviting smooth tannins. This wine has a silky texture with a hint of chalkiness which adds to its complexity. A wine that will reward immensely when matched with great food and company.
Match with Venison, Lamb, ostrich, tuna, swordfish, goats cheese, mushroom dishes.
This wine is approachable now and will continue to develop well over next 5 years.

A little bit of grit in the bottom of the bottle....if treated gently is a lovely rich Pinot. So good that I went in for a second order.
