Pinot Gris is a fruit driven style with flavours of pears, lemon and a hint of spice.
Sourced from a select range of vineyards that showed outstanding quality of fruit in the 2023 season. The grapes for this wine went through a controlled fermentation and halted once the flavours and acidity were perfected.
