A shiny gold colour. An intense bouquet of fresh apricot and juicy white peach. Full and tasty with notes of white pepper.

100% Chardonnay. Languedoc Roussillon. Silt, clay and limestone. Steel vat fermentation at low temperature. Matured on lees for 3 weeks in the presence of wood.

Food Pairing: As an aperitif, with Asian food, fish in sauce and white meat.
