This wine has layers of flavours, with lifted aromas of ripe citrus, passionfruit and blackcurrant along with hints of nettles, jalapeno and delicate hints of oyster shell. The palate has a refreshing but elegant acidity, with mouthfilling palate weight and a delicate minerality that leads to a long finish.
The grapes for this wine were sourced from several blocks from a single estate located in Marlborough’s Lower Wairau Valley, owned by the Holdaway Family.
