A name synonymous with leadership in wine, Sir George Fistonich has a history of success but has always operated with an eye on the future. In 2021 Sir George, not content with retiring,  founded Fistonich Family Vineyards to continue his love of viticulture, winemaking and developing future talent.

These wines are a selection of the first wines released under Fistonich Family Vineyards.

"Elegant and poised, the wine shows grapefruit, apricot, nougat and oatmeal nuances on the nose. The palate delivers excellent focus and linear mouthfeel, beautifully complemented by refined texture and bright acidity, finishing long and stylish. At its best: now to 2O27" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, May 2023

"Fragrant and full-bodied, with lots of youthful drive, this vibrant wine has strong, ripe, peachy, slightly toasty flavours, fresh acidity, savoury notes adding complexity and a lingering finish" Michael Cooper, Nov 2023

Hand-picked fruit with a percentage of natural ferment has created a smooth well rounded Chardonnay displaying aromas of grapefruit and stone fruits. Subtle spice scents linger from the careful use of French oak in maturation.

Diverging from the straight and narrow, Oblix wines are made when the winemaker decides to take the road less travelled. The end result is delicious and joyful wines.

Beautiful weather at the end of the ripening period enabled the fruit to be picked at leisure. Field tasting on a daily basis enabled the grapes to be picked at peak quality.

1O months in contact with yeast lees, 2 months settling in tank.

Food Pairing: The palate is inviting and lends itself to soft cheeses, seafood or creamy pasta.
