Intense red-ruby color. On the nose, the Malbec provides plum and red fruit aromas; the Cabernet Sauvignon brings in spicy notes and the Merlot black fruit aromas. In the mouth, its round tannins stand out and it is very fruity. It is a creamy wine, with good body and persistent.

Grapes are gently destemmed and then undergo cold maceration for 4 days. e must is fermented at low temperatures for a slow gradual fermentation. e juice undergoes extensive cap management during the rst 8 days of cold maceration and fermentation to ensure a soft, supple mouthfeel. Fermentation is nished with soft gentle moistening of the cap over the remaining 6 days of fermentation.
