This 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, and fruit driven with generous aromatics of blackcurrant, capsicum, and lychee. The palate is crisp and concentrated with flavours of ripe gooseberry, citrus fruits, and a salty minerality on the finish.
A Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc with fruit sourced from the Dillions point sub-region, renowned for it’s mineral- rich soils. These grapes were machine harvest in the cool of the evening and transported quickly to the winery where the grapes were pressed immediately and fermented in cool, temperature controlled, stainless-steel tanks.
Food Pairing: This wine is dry, and fruit driven, pairing excellently with an array of dishes, including a fresh, zesty, ceviche.
