  • Passionfruit
  • Crisp finish

"Fresh and bright, the inviting bouquet shows crunchy apple, apricot, lemongrass and sweet basil aromas, followed by a fruit-forward palate that's lively and delectable. A classic expression offering plenty of tasty flavours" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jul 2023

"Bright, even, pale straw yellow. This has a neutral bouquet with soft aromas of orchard fruit, gooseberry and hints of herbs. Medium-light bodied, aromas of apple, pear and gooseberry melded with green herbs and a touch of white spice. The palate is clean and delicate with fine-textured phenolics and crisp acidity flows along the silky mouthfeel. This Sauvignon Blanc shows elegance and subtle details" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Aug 2023

The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is a classically varietal wine with bright characteristics. The aromas are intense with notes of nettle, blackcurrant, herbal threat and plum. On the palate, refreshing layers of passionfruit, green apple, and gooseberry. A saltiness and minerality provides a crisp and persistent finish.

A classically varietal, Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes for this wine were sourced from the Awatere valley, renowned for its rolling hills and influence of mineral characteristics from the Southern Ocean.

The grapes were machine harvested and transported swiftly to the winery and immediately pressed off their skins. A cool fermentation in stainless-steel tanks helps to retain refreshing and fruit forward flavours.
