Description

A definitive collection of New Zealand's Premium Pinot Noir wines. Renowned for their balance, purity, and expression of terroir, these beauties are sought after by wine enthusiasts worldwide.

Collection includes:

1 x Escarpment NOIR Martinborough Pinot Noir 2021

Crimson red in colour, the wine opens with classic savoury notes. Lifted perfume, underpinned with “herbs de Provence” offers intriguing complexity. Cascading red fruits and charcuterie combine on the pallet, to create a wine of depth and texture. Tautly structured with fine grained tannin, this is a wine that is immediately appealing but will also reward with a few years in the cellar.

Food Pairing: Serve at 16°C and enjoy with any red meat and rich pasta dishes, or as a perfect accompaniment to a barbeque.

Alc: 13.5%

1 x Quartz Reef Single Vineyard Central Otago Pinot Noir 2021

Intense aromas of dark cherry lifted by fragrant violet and sage. A layered palate with bilberry, plum with subtle forest floor notes and subtle spice. An elegant wine with classy tannins and a long vibrant finish. Organic.

Alc: 14%

1 x Rapaura Springs Reserve Marlborough Pinot Noir 2022

Awarded 93/100 Points & 5 Stars: Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Nov 2023

"Youthfully charming and inviting, the bouquet shows sweet plum, raspberry, nutmeg and floral aromas, followed by a fruit-expressive palate that's pristine and finely flowing. Elegantly textured and structured, finishing lingering and silky. At its best: now to 2027" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Nov 2023

Our Reserve Pinot Noir has delicious red berry flavours and a full, rich palate. Spicy oak and silky tannins combine for an elegant, lingering finish.

Alc: 13.5%

1 x Craggy Range Te Muna Vineyard Martinborough Pinot Noir 2022

Burgundy in colour with a light crimson hue. Dried lavender and garigue, distinctly Te Muna perfume on the nose. An elegant palate with a warm core of brambled wild berries, porcini mushroom and red cherry in balance with the silk-laden tannins, which perfectly frame the wine. It speaks volumes to an incredible site. Single Vineyard.

Alc: 13.5%

1 x Greenhough Stone's Throw Nelson Pinot Noir 2020

Fragrant, spice-drawer, orange citrus and cassis aromas which carry through to a palate that is fresh and defined with flavours of blackberry and brambles, savoury notes and a supple structure of well bound tannins. Fine and long on the finish.

Alc: 14.29%

1 x Framingham Marlborough Pinot Noir 2021

Awarded 94/100 Points: Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier
Awarded 92/100 Points: James Suckling

"Fabulous bouquet with a core concentration of red berry fruits, dried herb, a fine silty mineral quality. Youthful and new. On the palate an equally fabulous experience with a taut youthful expression showcasing flavours of dark cherry and black currant, some plum and dried herb qualities. A fine silky texture with firm tannins and plenty of acidity. Well-made with a lengthy finish. Best drinking from 2024 through 2030+" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier

Earthy vibrant nose, subtle oak, reminiscent of smoked meat, with light florals and vibrant red and blue fruits. Dark cherry and red berry flavors with savoury mineral/graphite-like notes. Fine, supple, and poised with a well integrated tannin structure.

Food Pairing: Duck, lamb, charcuterie, smoked salmon.
