Grace O’Malley Dark Char Cask Whiskey is a special blend, combining multiple batches of Whiskey of varying age statements up to ten years to deliver the perfect balance of fruitiness, age-character, complexity and smoothness. Unique in Ireland due to its high content of double and triple distilled malt, this special blend is finished in the master blender’s charred casks to create a uniquely smooth, lightly roasted and smokey flavoured Whiskey.

"For this Whiskey, we are using dark charred casks (level 4). Here, what we want to achieve is a really enhanced wood character for the Whiskey. The end result is a Whiskey with cinnamon, spice and subtle coconut flavour coming from the cask.
