"Deep, ruby-purple colour, lighter on the rim. The bouquet is full and harmonious; aromas of red fruit interweave subtle floral, minty herbs enriched by spice. Full-bodied, aromas of raspberries, red plums intermix cashews, unfolding black pepper and dark herbs. The palate has vibrancy and a lightness contributes by lively acidity; fine-grained ripe tannin adds weight and texture. This Shiraz has the classic elements complemented by a vibrant acid line. Deep, ruby-purple colour, lighter on the rim. Aromas of fennel seed, mocha, cedar and spice and even some white pepper. The bouquet is full and harmonious with aromas of black cheery and plum, mocha and licorice. Full-bodied with unfolding notes of dark chocolate and hints of spice. The palate has vibrancy and lightness with red fruit flavours backed by a lively acidity. Fine-grained ripe tannins add weight and texture. A classic Barossa Shiraz.
