Dry and finishing long this well balanced and attractive wine combines the best of ripe Marlborough fruit with complexity and weight from the barrel.
This Mystery Wine is made from low cropping vines from their Flagship Vineyard, in Marlborough.
Produced using only traditional methods with minimal winemaking input, the ultimate innings is unfined and unfiltered to capture the true essence of our environment and the lovely Chardonnay grape. Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed directly to 100% new French barrique and aged for 10 months.
