Produced in a Sloe Gin style, handpicked Western Barossa Shiraz is macerated in House Gin. This flavoured gin delivers soft tannins and rich Shiraz fruit flavours, with subtle juniper, orange, and cinnamon notes.

Premium Barossa Shiraz grapes macerated in this internationally awarded House Gin are the hero here and the gentle ripening has delivered vibrant, bright fresh fruit characters.

This vintage is fresh with memories of dark chocolate covered blueberries. A cracking vintage!!
