This medium bodied dry white is bright, pretty and crisp with floral notes and minerality. A great balance of sugar and fruit; green and golden apple, green grapes, with touches of lemon zest and new green grass. This is a well-structured balanced wine where the deep Chardonnay (50%) is refined by the crispy acidity of the Vermentino (50%).
