Ripe strawberries and rhubarb are handpicked and infused in Dancing Sands Dry Gin, delivering a complex yet refreshing aromatic gin full of candied strawberry notes perfectly balanced with a slight tartness of the rhubarb. Celebrating the flavours of summer, this is a natural pink gin that doesn't rely on anything artificial.
As the pink gin trend grew, founders Sarah and Ben started brainstorming ways they could make something similar, but up to their exacting quality standards. Most pink gins use an element of food colouring and artificial flavour, but Dancing Sands stands for making the best products from what nature gives them. With the aim to create a natural pink gin, they turned to a classic Kiwi combination of strawberries and rhubarb – the perfect balance of sweet and sour. The key to success was that it needed integrity beyond sweetness and the challenge was to ensure the complexity of the Dry Gin would still shine underneath the summer infusion.
Choose your favourite glass / Fill with fresh ice / 30ml gin / 60ml soda / Garnish with red berries or mint.
Sunny Spritz Cocktail: Champagne flute, 30ml Sun-Kissed Gin, 60ml Prosecco, top off with soda water, berries to garnish.
