- Toasty finish
Aromas of ripe raspberries and boysenberries with hints of dried thyme. Black plum and sunwarmed red fruit give a smooth round structure leading to a long toasty finish.
Fruit selected from selected vineyards in the sunny North Canterbury region of Waipara. Matured in seasoned French oak this wine also underwent malolactic fermentation to give it a silky texture.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with roast chicken and crispy potatoes.
