Made in a fresh, elegant style displaying ripe fruit flavours of fresh cut watermelon and pink grapefruit with subtle floral notes. Perfect for drinking now, this wine will be at its best over the next two years.
The grapes for this luscious Rosé have been carefully selected from quality vineyard sites from the lower Wairau Valley in Marlborough, capable of reaching optimum flavor intensity. Fermentation occurred in 100 percent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.
Food Pairing: Ideal with vege skewers on the barbeque.

This is a lovely wine. Sauvignon Blanc Rose is not my usual first choice for a Rose, but this is excellent value for money.
