A delicious elegant Rosé with aromas of ripe strawberries and cream. The wine is fruit driven with flavours of succulent berries, white peach and a hint of spice on the palate. Well balanced acidity leads to a refreshing and clean finish.
The fruit was sourced from predominately the Marlborough Wairau valleys. This was machine harvested during a cool night at peak maturity. Made from Pinot Noir, the grapes were carefully pressed and fermented at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain their fresh and fruity characteristics.
Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif or delicious with thyme-roasted chicken.

Very easy drinking, but does not have a 'punch' - perhaps may get this with a bit of cellaring, but wont give that a chance!!

Nice Rose, but usually Pinot Noir Rose is called as such on the label - these bottles aren't named that way so I do wonder if this is not quite Pinot Noir Rose, but simply Rose...?
