A lovingly crafted Pinot Gris, the 2019 has produced an exciting and enticing aromatic wine with pear drop, apricot blossom, ripe peach, citrus and a hint of Turkish delight. Balanced acidity gives a lush and soft backbone, whilst the finish lingers nicely with a touch of natural residual sugar.
Fruit for this wine was harvested in the cool of the morning and soaked on skins for 6 hours. Fermented with a combination of yeast that produces mouthfeel and texture.
