Very pale straw yellow and a fine, persistent perlage. The aroma is very fruity and flowery with hints of ripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The dry, fresh and flavoursome sensation on the palate is followed by a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.
Food Pairing: An excellent aperitif to accompany savouries. Ideal with steamed shellfish.

Light and bright rose colour in the glass. Fine ad delicate perlage. Fruity and flowery bouquet with delicate notes of unripe golden apple and small mountain flowers. The flavour is dry, fresh and zesty, with a fruity and harmonious aftertaste.
Made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes, this takes its name from an ancient local saying, ‘marca gioiosa et amorosa’, meaning ‘march with joy and love’.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with fish especialy with Livornese style fish.
