A tantalising taste experience awaits. Nectar Burst from Young & Co is a Pinot Gris that dazzles with ripe, crisp flavours. The aroma is heavenly with floral and spice notes. A wine resplendent with wonderfully silky texture, a graceful touch of ripe pear and stone fruit with a crisp finish. Most definitely divine.
Grapes were crushed and destemmed and with minimal skin contact. Around 30% of the juice was drained off at the crusher, prior to the fruit being transferred to the presses. Only the ‘’drain off’ and ‘free run’ portions were used in this wine. After a carefully managed cool fermentation using special yeast strains, the young wine was racked off lees immediately.
Food Pairing: Delicious with lightly spiced dishes, sticky pork ribs or a goats cheese salad.
