Description
Clear lemon with green hues in the glass. Freshly cut pear and delicate spice. The palate is full flavoured showing pear, spice and honeycomb with balanced acidity.French oak has added complexity and texture.
The fruit for this wine is sourced from selected vineyards across Marlboroughs central Wairau Valley.
Cool fermented in stainless steel using selected yeasts, with a portion of the wine matured in large format seasoned French oak to add complexity and texture.
