"Bright, very pale straw colour with slight green hues, near colourless on the edge. The nose is taut and tightly bound with fresh aromas of pungent passionfruit intermingling with fresh herbs, some cut grass elements and snow peas, unveiling mineral nuances. This is refreshing and mouthwatering" Raymond, Chan

"Striking bouquet - classic, pungent and potent aromas of pink grapefruit, red and green apple, passion fruit and pineapple. No mistaking the fresh basil and jalapeno either. Light-weight on the palate with fleshy, juicy and crisp textures, salivating acidity and flavours that reflect the bouquet. Lengthy finish, balanced and well-made. Drink now and through 2020" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier

"A delectable expression of the variety; it is packed with passionfruit, lemon/lime peel, nectarine and green tea notes, together with juicy palate that displays excellent concentration and intensity. The wine is powerful and satisfying with a persistent crisp finish. At its best: now to 2021" Wine Orbit, 2018

The 2017 Hatters Hill Sauvignon Blanc is a wine of wonderful concentration, with expressive aromas of blackcurrant, passionfruit skin and a hint of sea salt. The vibrant palate combines guava, passionfruit and nettle, to form a long lustrous finish. The wine is drinking excellently now, and will be best enjoyed over the next two to three years.

"Dark cherry, plum, baked  raspberry and brown baking spices of oak lead the bouquet. Dry with a firm youthful texture from abundant fine tannins , medium+ acidity and flavours of oak then red fruits of plum, dark cherry and raspberry. Balanced and well made, immediately enjoyable, totally drinkable. Best from today and through 2024" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Aug 2018

"Moderately dark ruby-red colour with some depth, lighter on the edge.  The nose has a firm core with good depth of dark cherry and raspberry fruit with suggestions of plums and liquorice.  The fruit is fresh and vibrant, unfolding a very delicate thread of dark and fresh herbs adding interest.  Medium-full bodied, the palate has an elegantly concentrated hearth with deep raspberry fruit along with notes of liquorice, spices and plums" Raymond Chan, Jul 2018

"Top wine from Delta vineyard in the Southern Valley subregion. Moderately dense and flavoursome pinot noir with dark cherry, berry, star anise and subtle spicy oak flavours. Sweet fruit balances interesting stalky complexity. A well-made wine with some cellaring potential" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, Real Review,  Jul 2018
