"What's remarkable is the careful and personal detail of each 6000 barrels: all are hand-stirred weekly when aging on the lees to add creamy texture and rich depth. Every wine is touched by the winemaking team for 8 months during batonnage to extract flavour from the proteins and yeasts, that would otherwise settle on the bottom" Natalie Maclean

Alluring golden straw in the glass opening with intense aromas of apples and melons, joined by signature characters of crème brulee, caramelized sugar and butterscotch. Ripe orchard fruit flavors are joined by creamy, buttery notes and balanced by lively acidity, creating a rich yet fresh wine.

Seal: Cork - Alc: 13.5%

Dark plum red in the glass. This Merlot has a rich aromatic profile with notes of chocolate and dark cherries. The complex fruit flavours are followed by a smooth, velvety finish. A good growing season resulted in the wine displaying stellar fruit characteristics and flavours.
