The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for this wine come from selected vineyards in the high area of the Mendoza River and in the East region of Mendoza. Destemming followed by cold press fermentative maceration. Fermentation at 24º C during 15 days and subtle contact with oak. Pressing was pneumatic & controlled natural malolactic fermentation.
