Deep rich red in the glass. Aromas of dark red fruits, spice and vanilla. Well structured and full palate, dark berries and cherries. Well intergrated and balanced spicy oak, with soft tannins and good length.
Sourced from selected vineyards within South Eastern Australia, this modern and contemporary wine is fresh and vibrant. The contact with oak during fermentation adds some complex toasty characters.
Food Pairing: Ideal partner for red meat dishes, especially succulent roast dinners.
