Description
Bright & intense ruby red, with violet reflections in the glass. Aromas of candied fruits, essences to plums, with notes to chocolate. The palate describes harmoinc tannins, medium bodied wine with a delightful aftertaste.
This wine was 40% hand-picked during April, growing in alluvial and colluvial soil. This wine has been aging in stainless steel and epoxy concrete containers for two months.
Food Pairing: Ideal to serve with red meats, cheese, spicy stews and pasta with spicy sauces.
