Dominio de Punctum is situated in the town of Las Pedroneras at the north end of La Mancha.The great plain of La Mancha, represents the largest viticultural area of Spain. The climate is arid, extreme in both summer and winter, tempered by strong prevailing winds. Founded in 2005, 'Dominio de Punctum' is sourced from over 150 hectares of vineyards, run by Fernandez family. The winery is located adjacent to theses vineyards, this close proximity allows the winemakers to retain the highest quslity in the fruit. Since the beginning Dominio de Punctum have focused on organic and biodynamic production and here in this mixed case we offer the opportunity to sample 3 of their best varieties.

This wine is organic and biodynamically produced belnd of 70% Tempranillo, 30% Petit Verdot. Sourced from made from our estate-grown grapes loctaed in La Mancha region of Spain. Night harvested to utilise the cooler temperatures to retain the grapes freshenss before being cold macerated & fermented in the winery.

A lovely, delicate pink colour, this biodynamic rose is made from 100% Bobal grapes. On the nose it has fresh aromas of strawberries and raspberries, these follow through on the palate combined with redcurrants and floral notes of cherry blossom and rosehips. A zesty acidity leaves a fresh and fruity finish on the palate.

Shows a bright golden colour with lime reflections in the glass. Fruity citric aromas and magnolia or Tahiti flowers-like scent on the nose, gives way to a mouth watering palate, with well structured acidity. Making a perfect match to Asian dishes with ginger or marinated fish.

This wine is made from organically grown grapes from the  Fernandez family estate. In addition to the organic practices, biodynamic practices have been applied to imporve the soil structure and enhancing the natural cycle of the vines in order to achieve the highest quality wine. Grapes were harvestd at night so grapes were at the optimal temperature before pressing. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature between 15º C and 17º C. It has been gently filtered to keep all natural aromas and characteristics.
