Bright violet purple, with good depth. Lifted red fruits, complex with spicy notes of toasty oak.

Blackberry and plum fruit flavours dominate upfront. It then leads with some spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves. Silky tannins give body and the fruit acid is refreshing and balanced. The ripness fruit delivers generosity and length on the palate.

It has been crafted to drink now, either on its own otherwise particularly well-suited to a variety of red meat dishes and casserole dishes.

Sourced from selected vineyards within South-Eastern Australia, this modern and contemporary wine is fresh, vibrant and fruit driven. The contact with oak during fermentation adds some complex toasty characters.
