Soho's White Collection Pinot Noir is the younger sibling of the SOHO Havana Pinot Noir. Award winning winemaker Dave Clouston has produced a sophisticated wine where culture and style combine. Layered cherry, violet and chocolate create a scent we call the cosmopolitan dream. Velvety textures and the finest of tannins make this wine the essence of elegance.
The Pinot Noir grapes for Soho’s White Label Pinot were sourced from their Yarrum Vineyard in the Southern Valleys and Clifford Vineyard in the Upper Wairau Valley. Harvested through a mixture of hand & machine harvesting techniques before seasoning in French oak barrels, both new and seasoned.
