Produced from our own, organically farmed vineyards in Castile this is a juicy, fleshy unoaked red wine, showing great purity and the typicity of high altitude Garnacha from the heart of Spain.  The nose is expressive and well-defined showcasing aromas of black cherries and strawberries over subtle notes of spice and herbs. The palate is fresh with an excellent persistence, this is a versatile, medium to full bodied wine.

Made from the Carignan grape variety, from vineyards comprising 100 year old vines! We love the Carignan grape, especially when made from old vines as it produces a concentrated, intense and delicious wine. 2016 was a good, sunny vintage. On the nose, this wine has aromas of fig and garrigue herbs typical of ancient Carignan vines grown on hillsides. The palate is delicate, with a fine balance between taste and tannins, suppleness and acidity. A wonderfully rich, elegant example of this Languedocgrape variety.

The crazy octopus featured on the label is ready to conquer the world with it´s fun & easy image and smooth wines. Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes this wine was fermented at 28°C with temperature control. Macerated over 2 weeks, until it obtained the desired objectives of a harmony, elegance and balance. It expresses the clearness of its quality, grounded on grapevines over 30 years old. Serve at 17ºC.

Deep intense red with purple hues in the glass with fresh lifted ripe dark berry and spicy fruit aromas with some herb notes balance with some oak. A full bodied palate follows showing fresh lively dark fruits of black currants, herbs and balanced with some subdued spicy integrated oak.

Grapes were selected from premium vineyards, which experienced ideal growing conditions to produce a wine with high sugar and flavours. These grapes were then fermented in an array of vessels to produce different wines styles. Once ferment was complete the winemaker, John Quarisa, carried out careful tasting and blending to produce a finished product a rich wine of style, great value for money.

Intense youthful fresh ripe berry flavours with spice and pepper fruits with some complexity. Dense, ripe mulberries fruit flavours balanced with spicy oak and ripe succulent tannins. This is a belend of 95% Shiraz, 5% Viognier.
