What an explosion of flavour. Fresh strawberries and ripe red cherry, with just a hint of aromatic herbs -sage/thyme aromas. The wine is so fresh and lively; simply dancing lightly across your palate to finish crisp and dry. The perfect summer accessory!
The Doctors’ Rosé is the latest addition to the range. This wine is crafted from flavoursome Pinot Noir and dry, white aromatic Arneis. The grapes were picked on the early, cool morning given a few hours cold soak to extract, just that little “pink” from the skins, before being gently pressed. Cellaring potential for 1-3 years.
Food Pairing: Pair with fresh fish & shellfish such as oysters with sushi.
