Description
A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grape varieties with fragrant aromas of pink grapefruit and ripe strawberries with cream. The palate displays flavours of passionfruit, pomegranate and subtle nuances of raspberry leaf. Perfectly balanced with fine acidity and great persistence.
Grapes were sourced from selected vineyard sites capable of reaching optimum flavor intensity before the sugar levels became too high. They were harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. The fruit then spent just a few hours on skins to to extract the soft pink colour then were carefully pressed. This wine is perfect for drinking now or best consumed within the next two years.
