"Bright, very pale candy-floss pink, lighter on the rim. The nose is gentle in expression with softly packed aromas of strawberries and quince with fragrant red florals and confectionary, unfolding delicate, thirst-quenching mineral suggestions. The florals blossom in the glass. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has a finely concentrated core of delicate flavours of strawberries and cream and quince, with nuances of red florals and confectionary.
