Pale gold in colour, with fragrant peach and orange zest aromas laced with impressions of Asian spice. The palate shows an oily, textural palate with apricot and tangerine flavours and a subtle cinnamon note.

The grapes for this wine were harvested from Hawkes Bay. The vigour moderating free-draining gravel in this area is ideal for growing quality Viognier. The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night and immediately transported to this mystery vineyard's winery in Marlborough, where they were pressed off, settled and fermented in tank with selected yeast. Ageing potential of this mystery viogner offers both early drinking but at its best over the next three years.
