This beautiful pale pink rose offers bright, red berry fruit with notes of watermelon and rose petals. Whilst the palate offers a touch of sweetness followed by a crisp lively finish with lingering flavours of red berries & cream.This wine is best enjoyed young.

Sourced from the Kimball and Home Block vineyards, in the Waipara Valley, with deep fre draining Glasnevin gravels. Pinot Noir fruit parcels harvested in the cool of the morning, crushed and soaked on skins for 12 hours to develop. Drained juice was then settled and racked before fermentation. Once desired sweetness reached, the ferment was cooled and stopped. Wine was left on lees for several weeks, before being fined using traditional methods
